Bauer Terrace Committees carry out the work of the Association Board of Directors and, by extension, the intent of the Bauer Terrace CC&Rs. Committee members are all homeowner volunteers. Committee Chairpersons lead each committee and interface with the Association Board of Directors and Officers when needed.

Architectural Review Committee

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) monitors and maintains the architectural integrity of Bauer Terrace homes and structures. ARC rules regarding paint color, structure dimensions, and structure location exist in order to maintain the architectural aesthetics of our community. The ARC meets periodically to conduct ARC business and assist homeowners in the timely processing of their applications. The ARC is comprised of 5 homeowners who volunteer their time to assist the Bauer Terrace Owners Association. Currently, ARC duties are being carried out by the Board of Directors. Complaints Committee

The Complaints Committee is currently an unofficial working group used to assist the Board and homeowners in settling neighborhood issues and disputes when members are unable to reach a resolution on their own. The activities of the Complaints Committee are currently carried out by the Board of Directors. To make a complaint, members must submit a completed complaint form (see below) to either the association mailing address, directly to one of the Board Members or by clicking here.
