The elected board consists of five (5) directors. For continuity of leadership, all terms do not expire in the same year. Elections for opening Board positions are held each year at the Bauer Terrace Annual Homeowner’s Meeting. Special elections are held as needed. Officers are chosen by the Board of directors annually.
